В "Ру2.0 в лицах" представляем проект, созданный спортсменом и для спортсменов. Если вы хотите иметь упругий пресс, крепкие мышцы, атлетичное телосложение и узнать, как правильно заниматься - вам просто необходимо просмотреть видеоматериалы по фитнесу на fitnestube.ru.

1. Как, когда и для кого создавался Ваш проект?

FitnessTube.ru – это сборник обучающего материала по фитнесу и бодибилдингу с основным акцентом на видео. По плану основной аудиторией проекта являются начинающие спортсмены и те люди, которые недавно начали или только планируют поработать над своей физической формой.

Процесс создания проекта начался в конце мая этого года, а 1 сентября удалось его запустить.

2. Какие web2.0 сервисы реализованы на вашем ресурсе? Что нового и полезного сможет выделить для себя посетитель?

Как таковых «вебдванольных» сервисов проект не содержит. С натяжкой можно отнести к web2.0 активность пользователей в обсуждении видео роликов и их оценке. В будущем, возможно, появятся функции, позволяющие пользователям создавать контент самостоятельно.

3. Как пользователи помогают вам в усовершенствовании сервисов, какие были самые интересные предложения от них?

На старте предложений и пожеланий поступило довольно много, большинство из них действительно интересны и целесообразны. Главное предложение – увеличение количества роликов с русскоязычными комментариями.

4. Есть ли аналоги вашего ресурса, ориентировались ли вы на западный опыт?

На западе, скорее всего, что-то подобное существует. А вот в Рунете максимально схожих аналогов я не встречал. FitnessTube.ru уникален тем, что позволяет не только посмотреть необходимое количество видео с упражнениями, но и тут же прочитать к ним теорию по технике выполнения, посмотреть анатомию мышц, на которое оно (упражнение) воздействует, а также добавить понравившийся видео ролик к себе в закладки.

5. Какие web2,0 ресурсы вы считаете лучшими в российском/западном интернете и почему?

Лучшими я считаю, прежде всего, те ресурсы, которые после запуска остались полезны и интересны не только их создателям. В Рунете ежедневно появляются различные проекты, их клоны, клоны клонов и так далее, а завоевать свою более менее приличную аудиторию удается не многим.

6. С какими сайтами по значимости для целевой аудитории может конкурировать Ваш проект?

Конкурентов довольно много. Теоретически – это все ресурсы, освещающие тему фитнеса и бодибилдинга.

7. Насколько сложно и выгодно в настоящее время начинание подобных проектов, были ли (Есть ли) у вас инвесторы, и какие финансовые ресурсы вы привлекали (-ете) на создание, поддержку, зарплаты сотрудникам?

В Рунете появилось уже достаточно большое количество ресурсов, ориентированных на видео контент, что с увеличением скорости интернета не может не радовать. Зарабатывать они также научились.

Однако FitnessTube.ru является, прежде всего, социально-образовательным проектом, его дальнейшая монетизация не является главной целью. На данный момент инвесторов нет, сайт сделан за счет собственных средств.

7. Расскажите о вашей команде, кто внес (вносит) существенный вклад в создание и развитие вашего проекта? (кто программировал, кто разрабатывал дизайн? И т.д.)

Сейчас проектом занимаются два человека.

8. Какое количество в данный момент зарегистрированных пользователей и какова динамика роста пользователей/сообщений?

На данный момент зарегистрировано около 400 человек и с каждым днем их количество потихоньку растет.

9. Как вы собираетесь продвигать ваш ресурс, не только в Москве и других городах, но и в Интернет, и какую планируете посещаемость через год?

Продвижением будет осуществляться стандартными онлайн-методами, без крупных материальных затрат.

10. Какие дальнейшие планы по развитию?

Прежде всего, в планах стоит увеличение количества обучающих видео на русском языке, а также создание материалов собственного производства, в том числе видео уроков, позволяющих ознакомиться с различными групповыми программами, такими как аэробика, шейпинг, пилатес и другими.

Кроме этого, планируются некоторые доработки по функционалу сайта.

I like an 8 usually, because I don't like tight shoes. I bought an 8, and could get my foot in, but it was hard to squeeze past the ankle, but they did go on. The fit, however, was very tight at the ankle, and I thought it would be uncomfortable and hot as a result. So I bought a 9. The ankle is just as small and hard to get past as it was on the 8, but the foot is bigger. Terribly, terribly disappointed. I think I might be done with Ugg now. This is the worst design I've ever encountered on a boot. These were really the only Ugg style I liked for a functional bad weather boot, so I guess I'm done with Ugg.
